There are a number of Worship Services that are organised to cater for the various needs of our community.
Saturdays at 4pm
The Nepalese Fellowship of Anderson meet for worship where the services are conducted in Nepalese, with occasional English translation.
Sunday mornings at 10.30am
Every week there is service of all- age worship where everyone starts together. In the second half of the service the children, youth and Nepalese speakers go to different groups for further activities and discussion.
This service is led in English, with some parts translated into Nepalese.
Communion Service – 1st Sunday of the month
Once a month we celebrate Communion together. During this service the Nepalese and English speakers stay together.
Once a month we have a more visual and interactive form of church held in the hall during the second half of the service. This has a focus on families with children with special needs.
Afternoon Outreach Service – termly
From time to time we run an afternoon tea service with more traditional content, where we sing hymns and hear a Bible message. We sit around tables and then enjoy tea together.
Messy Church – 3pm to 5pm 2nd Sunday of the month
Crafts, activities, Bible stories and food! This is a great way for children, families and grandparents to get involved with church. It is always messy and it is always fun.
